First-time Orders: The standard production cycle is 60 days, calculated from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment.

Repeat Orders: For clients with established cooperative relationships, the production cycle for repeat orders is shortened to 45 days, reflecting our priority support and efficiency improvements for long-term partners.

III. Shipping Methods and Selection

Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) by Sea: For bulk orders, we recommend using FCL services to maximize loading efficiency and safety. For smaller or diversified orders, LCL services offer greater flexibility and economy. We will provide clients with the optimal shipping solution based on cargo volume, urgency, and budget.

Land Transportation and Multimodal Transport: For orders in neighboring regions or involving cross-border land transportation, we offer land transportation and multimodal transport services to ensure seamless connection with sea transportation and realize full-process visual tracking.

IV. Packaging and Labeling

Professional Packaging: We use packaging materials that meet international transportation standards to ensure that furniture remains damage-free during long-distance transportation. Each shipment undergoes shockproof, moisture-proof, and scratch-resistant treatment and is accompanied by a detailed packing list and shipping label.

Customized Labeling: Considering the tracing needs of goods in B2B trade, we clearly mark client codes, order numbers, destinations, and other information on the packaging to facilitate efficient management by both parties and third-party logistics companies throughout the supply chain.

V. Insurance

Comprehensive Insurance: We provide full transportation insurance for all shipments, covering all stages from the factory to the client's warehouse. Insurance terms are tailored based on cargo type, value, and transportation mode to maximize client protection.
